Meriden Martial Arts Club Fitness Training 8.20.15

We (tiredly) worked on karate katas after this cool workout created by one of our members.

3 sets of each exercise, 1 minute each

  1. squat jumps
  2. knee to elbow push-ups
  3. kettle bell swings
  4. frog crunches
  5. split jumps
  6. L sits
  7. jab/cross/single-leg burpee
  8. lunge and twist with kettle bell
  9. hoppers
  10. sit-outs
