Workout 1.19.14

Training circuit of squats, push-ups, chinnies.

squats = 10, 20, 30, 40, 50
push-ups = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25
chinnies = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25

Our group time was 9:33!

finish with farmer's walk for 5 minutes
