We offer FREE martial arts classes in Uechi-Ryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts (MMA) and functional fitness most Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:00PM - 9:00PM. We are located in Meriden, CT.

It is FREE to join and train with us! All you need is an open mind, the will to work, and a sense of humor!
