We (tiredly) worked on karate katas after this cool workout created by one of our members.
3 sets of each exercise, 1 minute each
- squat jumps
- knee to elbow push-ups
- kettle bell swings
- frog crunches
- split jumps
- L sits
- jab/cross/single-leg burpee
- lunge and twist with kettle bell
- hoppers
- sit-outs
