Meriden Martial Arts Club Jiu-Jitsu Curriculum Volume One

Post date: Nov 13, 2015 1:07:43 PM

Here is the first list in a series of "stuff we know". This post features BJJ attacks practiced by the Meriden Martial Arts Club. Our philosophy is to focus on techniques that work for both gi and nogi grappling. Most of all, we strive to always KEEP THINGS SIMPLE. No berimbolos or inverted guard here! Remember that it's better to practice one technique 10,000 times than to practice 10,000 techniques one time. We stress basics and fundamentals.
