Workout 2.23.14

Sorry we've missed a few weeks of training! It was great to be back. Here's the workout of the day.

upper body circuit:

30 seconds each exercise for 10 minutes

pull-ups

dips

shoulder press

medicine ball slams

burn machine

we finished with alternating sets of weighted side bends and the wrist roller
